The main plates are: galinhada with pequi and guariroba, goiano empado, pamonha, angu, cural, the fish of the Pantanal – as the Painted one, Pacu and Dourado. 4 FORMATION OF the BRAZILIAN CULTURE Amongst the diverse peoples who had formed Brazil, had been the Europeans those that had exerted greater influence in the formation of the Brazilian culture, mainly of Portuguese origin.
